MILO BREAD - Bread Maker Recipe

Ingredients:
  • High protein flour 350g
  • All purpose flour 50g
  • Castor sugar 50g
  • MILO 20g
  • Yeast 4.5g (1.5 tsp)
  • Milk 260g
  • Salt 6g
  • Butter 30g

Method:
1. Add in milk, high protein flour, all purpose flour, MILO and make a small indentation in the flour with spoon, and place the yeast there. Ensure the yeast does not touch with salt. Follow by sugar and salt.

2. Select MENU No. 3, 750g, Medium. Press START。When dough is formed (abt 5minutes), add in butter.

2. When complete, please remove the baked loaf and leave to cool on wire rack.

  1. Hi, 1.5 tsp of yeast is based on the measuring spoon that come with the bread maker?
